A fast store, without changing platform

Not every slow store needs a migration. Most of the time the problem can be solved on your existing platform — in one or two weeks, at a fixed price.

Request a speed auditfrom 1,500 RON

Every extra second of load time lowers conversion, and Google uses Core Web Vitals as a ranking signal. A store loading in 6 seconds on mobile loses sales every day — silently, because the visitor leaves before any product appears.

We are a migration agency, but we don’t sell migrations to people who don’t need one. If your store works well as a business and is merely slow, migrating is a disproportionate expense. We start with an audit that answers directly: can this be solved on the current platform or not. If yes, we solve it. If not, we tell you why — and only then do we discuss migrating.

What we analyze

We measure on real users, not just in the lab

A good Lighthouse score on a fast laptop means nothing if real mobile LCP is 6 seconds. We look at field data — where the money is actually lost.

Field data (CrUX), not just lab

We start from what your real mobile users experience: LCP, INP, CLS at the 75th percentile. Lab tests are used only to find the cause, never to declare victory.

Server, database, caching

Server response time, slow queries, missing or misconfigured caching, plugins running on every request. On large catalogs this is usually the bulk of the problem.

Images, fonts, JavaScript

Unsized or legacy-format product images, render-blocking fonts, tracking scripts and plugins delaying interaction. The best effort-to-result area.

What it costs you, in orders

We translate the delay into an estimate of lost sales on your actual traffic. Without that, “slow site” stays an abstract technical issue rather than a business decision.

How we work

Four steps, no surprises

1

Measurement

We establish the baseline from field and lab data on the pages that matter: home, category, product, cart. Everything that follows is compared against these numbers.

2

Audit and action plan

You get the list of real causes, ordered by gain relative to effort, with a time estimate for each. Including an honest answer to “is a migration worth it or not”.

3

Implementation

We work on staging or directly, depending on risk, with reversible changes and verification after each step. Without touching your store’s functionality.

4

Verification on real data

We re-measure and show you before/after. Field data updates over 28 days, so final confirmation comes in about a month — we tell you this upfront, not at the end.

What you actually get

  • Baseline measurements, field and lab, across 4 page types
  • The list of real causes of slowness, ordered by gain relative to effort
  • Lost-sales estimate, calculated on your actual traffic
  • Action plan with an estimated time for each intervention
  • A direct answer: solvable on the current platform, or is migration genuinely warranted
  • The audit fee deducted in full if you continue with us

from 1,500 RON

The audit with action plan starts at 1,500 RON and is delivered in 5 working days. If you go ahead with the optimization, the audit fee is deducted in full from the price.

FAQ

What people ask most

Because often it isn’t needed, and an unnecessary migration is the fastest way to lose a client long term. Migration makes sense for very large catalogs, complex B2B logic, or when the platform genuinely blocks you. If you merely have unoptimized images and poor caching, that’s a two-week fix.

In the lab, immediately after implementation. In Google’s field data — the ones that matter for ranking — in about 28 days, because it’s computed over a rolling window. We give you both measurements so you can see the difference.

We work on staging where the change is risky, make reversible changes and verify the order flow after each step. Speed work must not cost functionality — if a speed gain requires a trade-off, we tell you first and you decide.

Yes, and we recommend it. Our speed test is free — it gives you the score, field data where available, and an estimate of the impact in orders. If after that you want to understand why it’s slow and what can be fixed, then the paid audit makes sense.

On WooCommerce, PrestaShop, Magento, OpenCart, Shopify, Gomag, MerchantPro and custom-built frontends. On closed SaaS platforms (Shopify, Gomag) there’s less freedom — we tell you in the audit what is and isn’t possible, so you don’t pay for nothing.

Next step

Let’s find out why it’s slow

Tell us your store address. We take a free first look and reply whether a paid audit is worth it — sometimes the answer is “no, your speed is already fine”.
