What we have are four products of our own, built and operated by the same team: electronic-mag.ro (a B2B store with 351,000+ products, migrated off PrestaShop to Sylius/Symfony + Next.js), dosarfirma.ro, marjo.ro and estdigital.ro. electronic-mag.ro's speed numbers are Google CrUX data, publicly verifiable on PageSpeed Insights. For our first 3 audit clients, the risk is ours: you pay after the 30-minute session in which we walk through the report together, and if it showed you nothing new, you don't pay.
We start from a stated goal: zero traffic loss. We map every old URL 1:1, set up 301 redirects and keep the content structure, and after launch we track traffic and rankings so we can step in immediately if anything moves.
