Services
SISSOFT’s services are intended exclusively for professionals (companies, sole traders and other registered business forms). We do not enter into contracts with consumers within the meaning of Romanian consumer law (GEO 34/2014).
Prices shown on the site exclude VAT.
The initial free check (we look at 3 pages and send you the first 5 issues) creates no obligation for either party. The specifics of each project (scope, deliverables, price, deadlines) are set out in a separate quote and contract agreed by both parties.
Intellectual property
All elements of the site (text, design, logo, code) belong to SISSOFT or its partners and are protected by copyright law.
Limitation of liability
SISSOFT is not liable for any damage resulting from the use of information on this site in the absence of a service contract.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Romania. Any dispute is settled amicably or, failing that, by the competent courts at the registered office of SISSOFT GLOBAL SRL.
